I have an appointment to get my leg looked at! They agree that it sounds like either a hamstring tear, or it may be entirely separated from the bone. Bad news is that apparently I'm going to need to get an MRI to find out which it is...and I'm pretty claustrophobic. But I thiiiink since it's my leg, my head will be outside the machine? I hope...because the body part being imaged needs to be directly in the center of the tunnel. Nerrr...
