Dorm Room~
Jan. 19th, 2011 11:10 pmOkay I wasn't planning to write a post today because I wrote that long one yesterday and I've been so chatty lately I feel like an flist spammer, but this just happened:
I'm back in my dorm room now, and the closet has already decided to start creeping me out again. It was raining today so when I got back to my room I hung my fleece in the closet and then left the door open so it would air out and dry faster and not make the closet smell damp and all that. Then I took a nap. When I woke up, the closet door was shut.
Mostly I am annoyed because now my closet smells like damp so I had to open it again and turn on the fan to circulate some air. I also informed the room at large that I had left it open for a reason.
IN OTHER DORM NEWS: I apparently have a new roommate. Who hasn't shown up yet. There's some bedding on her bed still in its packages, and some towels in a shopping bag; they've been there since I got here yesterday. Nothing else from her. Haven't seen her. I think most likely she's an exchange student who ordered bedding to be shipped here (my last roommate, also exchange, did the same thing) and the RA's just brought it in and put it on the empty bed. IDK.
But most importantly, this means I don't really have the space to sew in here anymore. However, since I now have long weekends EVERY WEEK (I set up my class schedule so no Friday classes) I'll have time to sew at home on the weekends.
