I have an unhealthy obsession with Gordon Ramsey. I watch every single one of his shows, I have almost all of his cookbooks. My husband is a much better cook than I am (granted, he's got a lot more kitchen time under his belt) but my palette is better. If we ever win the lottery (We're saving for it, but it's a LOOOONG time coming), we're opening a restaurant. It's gonna be amazing.
