Why does the ACCU-CHEK Nano jingle sound like one for a toy marketed to little girls? Specifically it makes me think of baby doll commercial jingles, both in the tune and in the lyrics (seriously - 'feels so right'? 'You're the one for me'?)

Srsly, guys, listen to this.

Was this intentional (the woman's hand at the beginning and the extra-friendly guy's voice suggests they might be marketing it to women, for some reason - I didn't realize blood glucose meters had such a wide market that you might want to divide it?!) or a complete marketing fail? I'm really curious about how this happened.

P.S. upon reviewing the commercial, would just like to point out that if there's an asterisk on a stat, you want to read where that goes. I am not sure what 'based on a tighter accuracy specification' means, not being familiar with how blood glucose meters are tested; it sounds like a good thing, but it also sounds like they could mean they ignored outliers. My question is why they used a tighter specification rather than the standard one.

A magical Barbie Dream Sugar Monitor! The only difference being that it isn't in a bright candy color, oh woe.
