I think I have a solid plan now where I want to be after graduation - definitely not back at DDs; I loved it there and I definitely learned a lot, and I feel a bit bad to be leaving behind my manager when she's come to depend on me heavily enough that she'll dig around for shifts for me when she's already overstaffed, but I just can't take the physical demand of it any more, and I'm just ready to move forward.
I've come across Ask A Manager, and have been loving the advice from it. It's been helping me organize my thoughts a bit, but I have to do more along those lines...These are just some preliminary thoughts. I probably need to start a career-based notebook for this stuff soon. (Also, I HIGHLY recommend that blog for anybody who's currently job-seeking or...just everyone in general, really. But for immediate and really effective tips on making a resume+cover letter that will get you interviews, it's excellent.)
