potato_headTrying to find raw datasets to use in a project:
The most FRUSTRATING THING I HAVE EVER DONE.
I am considering just throwing my hands up and using that data I collected from ontdcreepy, even though I'm not even sure what I would do for it. At this point it's looking like a better option than this shit though. (WHY. WHO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO MAKE A DATABASE OF 'RAW DATA' WITH NO CATEGORY LABELS. IT'S LITERALLY JUST LINES UPON LINES OF NUMBERS THAT FOR ALL I KNOW MEAN SHIT-ALL)
All I fucking have to do tonight is find a usable data set for this project and email it to my professor and so far I've been trying for TWO HOURS AND HAVE GOTTEN ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE

Edit: Wow, that was the most annoying thing ever. And I had plans to do like, other things tonight, too. That I was excited about. Maybe I'll post about them tomorrow, I'm just annoyed now xC

1. this situation would never come up in the real world (it's not like a boss is going to be all 'find me some random data and run it') and
2. the professor has access to a lot of really good data sets on account of he is a professor, and he couldn't just give them to us? I know one group is looking for a new data set to work with right now because they went the route of requesting data from some researchers and the researchers spent a week getting back to them and said no. Aarghh.
