Same here...although I think the tight spaces is mostly if I can't move my limbs? I freak out if it takes me more than a few seconds to get out of a shirt.
And the height thing...I'm afraid of heights because I have compulsive urges to throw myself or things I'm holding over the side. Completely unrelated to suicidal thoughts, which I haven't had in years.
