New icon! 8D it's Ash with Charmander's face.
Anyways, I'm baking some chocolate chip cookies today. This recipe here.
Why did it take so much searching to find a good, regular chocolate chip cookie recipe on allrecipes? O.o;
Anyways, I think I might substitute the 1 cup chopped walnuts for more chocolate chips, OR chips of another flavor. Either peanut butter or butterscotch. I figure 1 cup chips is more...overwhelming than 1 cup walnuts, so I am going to cut it to 1/2 cup. Or maybe just add to taste?
Also, one of the comments on the recipe recommends adding some cream of tartar to get a nice cracking on top. I'm trying to decide if I want to do this or not. Hmmm.
Other than that...ummmm...been playing Pokemon a bit again. Mostly just 'polishing my collection' on my Ueberspielen (my HeartGold game, which may be the first cartridge I actually get level 100 pokemon on - currently my team is around level 78 - and complete the national dex on). By which I mean, just grinding to evolve pokemon to complete my pokedex. I currently have 325 pokemon obtained, and am pretty darn impressed with myself :D I also want to note that I faced Red many levels ago - around like level 60-something? - and beat him much more easily than I anticipated.
I bet you all would love a run-down on my team, right? RIGHT?

So yeah, that's my team. My basic strategy is to beat the crap out of the opponent, and have a move for every occasion; so I have almost every type represented somewhere, and redundancy in a few places. I wouldn't say this is a perfectly crafted team - I wasn't really planning as I built it, other than getting some of those trade-to-evolve pokemon that I've never been able to take advantage of before, since I can trade with Paige. I don't even remember if I actually selected the proper natures or not. But my team is still fucking awesome and I love them :D
Oh, and here are the legendaries I've caught; I haven't trained any, and my habit is to nickname them their own name (but with only one capital letter, like a NORMAL PERSON) so I'll just list them.
Zapdos
Moltres
Articuno
Ho-oh
Lugia
Entei
Raikou
Suicune
Kyogre
Dialga
Rayquaza
Mewtwo
Uxie
Azelf
Mesprit
Latias
Also, Paige has Latios that she's going to trade to me, we just haven't done so yet. I still need to get a Ruby game so I can get Groudon, and I'm working on my Platinum game so I can get Palkia.
