OMFG you do custom mods of Pokemon ROMS?!?!?!?!!!!! Can I get really excited and squee all over about how cool that is, because I think I just did.
I would so be making my actual RL pets into my Pokemon team if was going to learn to do that.
Yeti would be a Hamstar, which would be a ground type because hamsters are little ground dwelling critters. Would have a hoard attack where he takes an item from the enemy 'mon, but keeps it, and it can't be taken from him, but has to be used on him. Special attack would be called Wheel Spin.
Eppy would be a Papyon (and I think Papyon and Pomyon would be rock-induced evolutions of Pipyon, which would look like a Chihuahua), which would be a psychic type because Eppy was such an intuitive dog. Pomyon can be dark type, and Pipyon can be normal type I guess. Special attack would be Love Gaze, a devastating eye beam. ;)
Duffy would be a Flufcat (evolution of Floofkit) and he'd be a flying type because of his penchant to be high up. Special attack would be Knock Over and it would knock the opponent to the ground, making them miss a turn.
