potato_headRewatching Skyfall for like, the fifth time. Maybe I will actually understand the plot now, aside from Moneypenny shoots Bond by accident and then he comes back from the dead and meets Q(!!!) and then M is in danger and...something something...scary guy attacks Bond with a train! And then hacks Q's computers with his teeth (?!) and then they go to uh, Bond's old house or something? And M has a romance with the groundsman who lives there in the empty house and was probably a ghost. And then M dies. And there's some bit in between where Q rescues Bond with helicopters and 'that's vexing' is in there somewhere too. OH and Bond gets a little dog figurine and there's a shoot-out in a courthouse.
That's my entire understanding of the movie at this point. I am not sure how much of it is in actual chronological order, I feel like the last bit goes before M's death. From fanfic I have gleaned that the enemy guy actually used to also be a 00 agent working under M and he's looking for REVENGE? THAT SOUNDS COOL.
So anyways I'm re-watching now. It took me a good three or four run-throughs to understand A Tale of Two Sisters, and that's a movie in a genre that I'm used to (I still don't know much of the plot of Dead Silence, which is one of my absolute favorite horror films). So who knows how successful I'll be 6 u 9
