omg... do you happen to have an up-to-date link on that wrist stretches post (it's gone)? I've had to switch to 90% touchpad work lately because of my broken tablet and its been doing a number.

Oh man no I don't unfortunately, I didn't realize it was gone. Here's a video with very similar stretches though. I do five extensions (without pulling usually, I just stretch as far as my hand will go on its own) and five flexions, then five supinations and five pronations. It definitely helps prevent repetitive strain pain when I actually remember to do it.

ahhhhh, these are gonna be super useful *_* i was already doing a couple of them but some of them like the supination are new+look Very Pleasant To Do. thank you!
