Earthquake

Considering how far it was from us I'm not sure this needs any saying, but we survived the earthquake just fine. We did feel it, though, despite the distance. Or rather, Paige felt it. It made her couch shake. At the time we didn't know it was an earthquake and decided her couch was haunted P:
Tripper spent most of this morning barking very enthusiastically at nothing. He's never done that before. I was half-awake so maybe I just didn't understand what he was barking at, but...idk, it was creepy. He went on for about a half hour so I don't know how it could be that somebody just passed by and spooked him and I didn't see them. I finally got him to settle down next to me so I could go back to sleep. He was nervous last night, too - got up just to walk around outside, not pee. When I was getting ready to sleep I thought I saw something really strange out of one of the windows...but I was tired, so it's not really worth describing unless I see it in a more lucid state.
Anyways, I finally found some tarot decks that I don't feel completely repulsed by. (I am inexplicably picky about tarot deck art considering I've never had my own deck...) Besides the standard Rider-Waite which I don't mind, but it was Corey's deck so I don't think I would feel comfortable using it. I've found that most of the cat-themed decks appeal to me, as well as a few others, so I'll be looking at which ones on my list are good for beginners. I'm leaning towards either the Medieval Cat deck or the Baroque Bohemian Cats deck.
